Scope

This standard specifies the ordering content, dimensions, shapes, and allowable deviations of high-speed tool steel plates, as well as technical requirements, testing methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, and quality certificates.
This standard applies to cold-rolled steel plates with a thickness of no more than 4 mm and hot-rolled steel plates with a thickness of no more than 10 mm.
