GB/T 10893.1-2012 Compressed air dryers—Part 1:Specifications and testing
Basic Information
Scope
This part of GB/T 10893 specifies the various performance parameters and related test methods that need to be described for different types of compressed air dryers. Specifically, it includes:
——Pressure dew point;
——Flow rate;
——Pressure drop;
——Compressed air loss;
——Energy consumption;
——Noise.
This part also provides a partial load test method for determining the performance of energy-saving devices.
This part applies to the following compressed air dryers with a working pressure greater than 0.05 MPa and less than or equal to 1.6 MPa:
——Adsorption dryers;
——Osmotic membrane dryers;
——Refrigeration dryers (including drying by cooling);
——Combined dryers.
Note: The working principles of the dryers involved in this part are described in Appendix A.
This part does not apply to the following dryers:
——Absorption dryers;
——Over-compression dryers;
——Built-in dryers.
