Scope
GB/T 16850的本部分规定了单波道光放大器（OA）噪声参数的光谱分析仪、电谱分析仪测量方法，以及信号与总的放大的自发辐射（ASE）功率比（Sig_ASE）的测量方法，确定了对OA噪声参数进行准确、可靠测量的统一要求。
本部分适用于单波道OA，包括基于稀土元素掺杂或者基于拉曼效应的光泵浦光纤放大器、半导体光放大器（SOA）模块和平面光波导放大器噪声参数的测量。
