Scope
This part of GB/T 27894 provides a gas chromatography method for quantitatively determining the content of hydrogen, helium, oxygen, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, and C1 to C8 hydrocarbons in natural gas using three capillary columns. This method is suitable for analyzing gas components with a molar fraction within the ranges given in Table 1. These ranges do not represent the detection limit, but rather indicate that the method can achieve the specified precision within this range. Although one or more components in the sample may not be detected, this method can still be applied.
This part of GB/T 27894 is used in conjunction with Part 1 of GB/T 27894 and Part 2 of GB/T 27894.
This method is also suitable for the analysis of substitute natural gases.
