Scope
This document establishes the general principles for formulating a standard overseas applicability evaluation (hereinafter referred to as "applicability evaluation") program, and provides guidance, suggestions, and information on aspects such as the design of the applicability evaluation indicator system, the determination of value assignment rules, the scoring of indicators, the calculation of comprehensive scores, and the application of evaluation results.
This document is applicable to the formulation of overseas applicability evaluation programs for Chinese standards, and it is also applicable to the formulation of other overseas applicability evaluation programs intended for use abroad.
