GB/T 20833.3-2018 Rotating electrical machines—Stator winding insulation of rotating electrical machines—Part 3:Dielectric dissipation factor measurement
Basic Information
Scope
This part of GB/T 20833 specifies the test procedures and guidelines for evaluating the dielectric loss factor of the insulation medium in the stator windings of rotating motors with a rated voltage of 6 kV or higher and equipped with end anti-corona layers. It applies to single molded stator bars and coils installed/uninstalled in the core, as well as complete molded stator windings of new or aged motors. It applies to all types of vacuum-impregnated or multi-glue stator bars, coils, and complete windings, but not to unimpregnated single stator bars, coils, or complete windings. This part provides the necessary conditions for measuring the dielectric loss factor of single molded stator bars and coils of motors with a rated voltage of 6 kV or higher under AC power frequency.
