Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, types and basic parameters, requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of linkage lines for hardcover books (hereinafter referred to as linkage lines). This standard applies to linkage lines that automatically and continuously complete the processes of book core conveying, book core flattening, book back glue coating, drying, flattening and shaping, three-sided cutting, rounding, spine forming, back glue coating, book cover application, groove forming, and finished product collection (see Appendix A), and also applies to linkage lines that automatically and continuously complete the processes of rounding and shaping, back glue coating, book cover application, groove forming, and finished product collection.
