This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation, storage, and contract (or order form) content for color-coated plates and strips made of aluminum and aluminum alloys.
This standard applies to color-coated plates and strips made of aluminum and aluminum alloys produced by roll coating lines for use in industries such as construction, household appliances, and transportation.
This standard does not apply to color-coated products used for ceiling and wall decoration.
