Scope

This standard specifies the basic tests for verifying the stability of walkie-type and ride-on pallet stackers and high-lift platform stackers. This standard applies to stackers and handling vehicles with a rated lifting weight of not more than 5,000 kg, and whose gantry, loading platform, and forks can be tilted or not. It also applies to vehicles equipped with load-handling attachments under the same working conditions. This standard does not apply to vehicles with retractable devices (such as gantries or forks), nor to vehicles used for handling freely swinging suspended loads.
