Scope

This standard specifies the basic requirements for control measurement, preparation work, the layout and measurement of basic control points, the layout of image control points, the measurement of image control points, the decoration of image control points, quality control, and the requirements for organizing and submitting results in digital aerospace photogrammetry production, and describes the corresponding verification methods.
This standard is applicable to the production of digital geographic information products at scales of 1:5,000, 1:10,000, 1:25,000, 1:50,000, and 1:100,000 using photogrammetry methods on line-array push-broom optical satellite images during the control measurement phase.
