Scope

This document defines the terms related to the mechanized cotton harvesting technology, and stipulates the requirements for the harvesting conditions of mechanized cotton, the requirements for harvesting operations, stacking and transportation, and the requirements for informatized management of harvesting, etc.
This document is applicable to the harvesting of fine-staple cotton by reel-type cotton harvesters. For other types of cotton varieties and harvesting machines, the requirements should be implemented with reference to this document.
