Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, general principles, preparation of power supply plans, access projects, power reception projects, and basic requirements for engineering inspection of power users' business expansion projects with voltages of 1 kV and below. This standard applies to the construction of business expansion projects for power users with voltages of 1 kV and below. In addition to complying with this standard, the construction of business expansion projects for power users with voltages of 1 kV and below shall also comply with the provisions of relevant national and industry standards, norms, and procedures currently in force.
