GB/Z 17624.6-2021 Electromagnetic compatibility—General—Part 6:Guide to the assessment of measurement uncertainty
Basic Information
Scope
This document provides an assessment method for measurement uncertainty and background information, and gives guidance on the general considerations of measurement uncertainty in relevant national standards (converted from the IEC 61000 series of standards).
The purpose of this document is to provide recommendations for technical committees, product committees, and conformity assessment bodies on the preparation of measurement uncertainty reports; to allow comparisons of these reports among laboratories with similar impact levels; and to ensure consistent handling of measurement uncertainty by various technical committees related to electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) within a country.
Any influencing factors of measurement uncertainty mentioned in this document should be regarded as examples. Technical committees responsible for developing basic immunity standards have the responsibility to identify the influencing factors of measurement uncertainty for their basic test methods.
This document describes the following:
—— Assessment method for measurement uncertainty (MU);
—— Mathematical formula for probability density function;
—— Analytical evaluation of statistical assessment;
—— Correction of measurement data;
—— Documentation.
This document does not summarize all influencing factors of measurement uncertainty, nor does it specify how measurement uncertainty will be considered when determining conformity with EMC requirements.
Note: Some examples given in this document come from other IEC publications that have completed the assessment procedures described here, except for the IEC 61000 series of standards. These examples are used to illustrate the principles.
