Scope

This standard specifies the work procedures and general requirements for the acceptance of environmental protection facilities of electrolytic aluminum and aluminum carbon industry construction projects upon completion. It proposes technical requirements for initiating acceptance, conducting self-inspection of acceptance, preparing an acceptance monitoring plan, implementing acceptance monitoring and inspection, and preparing an acceptance monitoring report (form). This standard applies to the acceptance of environmental protection facilities of electrolytic aluminum and aluminum carbon industry construction projects upon completion. For self-owned thermal power generating units (plants) in electrolytic aluminum and aluminum carbon industry construction projects, the acceptance of environmental protection facilities shall be carried out in accordance with HJ/T 255. For other content not specified in this standard, it shall be implemented in accordance with the "Technical Guidelines for Environmental Protection Acceptance of Construction Projects - Pollution Impact Category" (Announcement No. 9 of 2018 by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment).
