Scope

This standard specifies the work procedures and general requirements for the acceptance of environmental protection facilities in automotive manufacturing projects upon completion, and proposes technical requirements for initiating acceptance, conducting self-inspection of acceptance, preparing an acceptance monitoring plan, implementing acceptance monitoring and inspection, and preparing an acceptance monitoring report (form). This standard applies to the acceptance of environmental protection facilities in automotive manufacturing projects upon completion, but does not apply to the casting and electroplating production processes in automotive manufacturing projects. For other content not specified in this standard, refer to the "Technical Guidelines for Environmental Protection Acceptance of Construction Projects - Pollution Impact Category" (Announcement No. 9 of 2018 by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment) and its annexes for implementation.
