Scope

This standard specifies the working procedures and general requirements for the acceptance of environmental protection facilities in steel industry construction projects. It sets forth the technical requirements for initiating acceptance, conducting self-inspection, preparing an acceptance monitoring plan, implementing acceptance monitoring and inspection, and preparing an acceptance monitoring report (form). This standard applies to the acceptance of environmental protection facilities in steel industry construction projects, but does not apply to coking, ferroalloy, iron ore mining and beneficiation, or foundry industry construction projects. For self-owned thermal power generators (plants) in steel industry construction projects, the acceptance of environmental protection facilities shall be conducted in accordance with HJ/T 255. For ecological impact projects such as docks and mines, the acceptance of environmental protection facilities shall be conducted in accordance with HJ/T 394. For other content not specified in this standard, the Technical Guidelines for Environmental Protection Acceptance of Completed Construction Projects - Pollution Impact Category (Announcement No. 9 of 2018 by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment) shall be implemented in accordance with the annex.
