Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, basic requirements, technical content, and inspection methods for environmentally labeled products of small household appliances. This standard applies to single-phase appliances with a rated voltage not exceeding 250V, and other appliances with a rated voltage not exceeding 480V, used for household and similar purposes by non-electrical professionals. Note: This includes, but is not limited to, electric pressure cookers, household induction cookers, water dispensers, rice cookers, electric kettles, foot massagers, electric blankets, electric heating pads, electric frying pans, humidifiers, and other small household appliances.
