Scope

This standard specifies the general requirements for self-monitoring by solid waste incineration units, the formulation of monitoring plans, and the basic contents and requirements for information recording and reporting. This standard applies to solid waste incineration units conducting self-monitoring of water and air pollutants, solid waste, noise, and the impact on the surrounding environmental quality during the production and operation phase. This standard also applies to self-monitoring of self-built solid waste incineration facilities, except for those stipulated in the technical guidelines for self-monitoring by industrial polluting units. This standard does not apply to cement industry polluting units that use cement kilns to co-process solid waste.
