HJ 1178-2021 Industrial Boiler Pollution Prevention and Control Feasible Technology Guide
Basic Information
Scope
This standard proposes feasible technologies for preventing and controlling air, wastewater, solid waste, and noise pollution from industrial boilers. It can be used as a reference for environmental impact assessments of boiler construction projects for industrial production and civil heating, such as single-stage steam boilers with an output of 65 t/h or less fueled by coal, oil, gas, and biomass-formed fuels; hot water boilers of various capacities; and organic heat carrier boilers of various capacities, including stoker-fired boilers. It can also be used as a reference for the revision of national pollutant emission standards, the management of pollution discharge permits, and the selection of pollution prevention and control technologies. When selecting pollution prevention and control technologies for industrial boilers using fuels such as briquette coal, slurry coal, coal gangue, petroleum coke, and oil shale, reference can be made to the feasible pollution prevention and control technologies for coal-fired boilers in this standard. When selecting pollution prevention and control technologies for industrial boilers using alcohol-based liquid fuels, reference can be made to the feasible pollution prevention and control technologies for oil-fired boilers in this standard. This standard does not apply to the prevention and control of pollution from industrial boilers fueled by municipal solid waste and hazardous waste.
