Scope

This standard applies to the ex situ thermal desorption remediation projects for organic pollutants and mercury-contaminated soil, and can be used as a technical basis for the engineering design, construction, and operation management of ex situ thermal desorption remediation projects for contaminated soil. This standard does not apply to the treatment of soil contaminated by radioactive substances.
