HJ 462-2021 Industrial Boiler Flue Gas Management Engineering Technical Specification
Basic Information
Scope
This standard specifies the pollutants and pollution loads, general requirements, process design, main process equipment and materials, detection and process control, main auxiliary projects, labor safety and occupational health, construction and acceptance, operation and maintenance, etc. of industrial boiler flue gas treatment projects. The industrial boilers referred to in this standard include steam boilers with a single boiler output of 10 t/h to 65 t/h (inclusive) that use coal as fuel, hot water boilers with a capacity greater than 7 MW, organic heat carrier boilers, and stoker boilers. This standard applies to the treatment of three types of pollutants in industrial boiler flue gas: particulate matter, sulfur dioxide (SO2), and nitrogen oxides (NOx). For other pollutants such as mercury in industrial boiler flue gas, it is recommended to prioritize treatment through the synergistic effects of flue gas treatment projects. This standard can be used as a technical basis for environmental impact assessment, engineering design, construction, commissioning, acceptance, operation management, and environmental supervision of industrial boiler flue gas treatment projects. The treatment of particulate matter, sulfur dioxide, and nitrogen oxides in the flue gas of boilers and furnaces using fuel oil, natural gas, and other fuels can be implemented with reference to this standard. This standard does not apply to the treatment of boiler flue gas from boilers that use hazardous waste as fuel or co-combust hazardous waste.
