This document specifies the terms and definitions of Huxian yellow wine, the scope of protection of geographical indication products, product classification, raw material and auxiliary material requirements, traditional process requirements, quality requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation, and storage. This document applies to Huxian yellow wine that has been approved for protection by the former State Administration for Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine in accordance with the "Regulations on the Protection of Geographical Indication Products".
