Scope
In order to standardize the design of cement stabilized graded crushed stone or gravel, and lime-fly ash stabilized graded crushed stone or gravel using the vibration compaction method, improve the construction level of road base and sub-base, and ensure the quality of the project, these regulations are formulated. These regulations are applicable to the construction of semi-rigid base and sub-base in new construction, reconstruction and expansion, and major and medium-scale repair projects of highways at all levels. The base and sub-base of urban roads and airport pavements can be implemented with reference to these regulations.
