This part of GB/T 32666 specifies the manufacturing and acceptance technical requirements and test evaluation methods for AC servo drive devices in high-end and popular machine tool CNC systems. This part is applicable to AC servo drive devices (hereinafter referred to as servo drive devices or products) of high-end and popular machine tool CNC systems, as well as the AC servo drive units (hereinafter referred to as servo units) and AC servo motors (hereinafter referred to as servo motors) that constitute AC servo drive devices. Other similar AC servo drive devices can refer to this part for guidance.
