Scope
本文件规定了泵站技术经济指标及考核标准和设备运行管理、设备维护与检修管理、建筑物管理、调度管理、安全与环境管理、信息管理等技术管理的要求，以及管理设施设备配置与管理的要求。
本文件适用于灌溉、排水、调（引）水、城镇供排水的大中型泵站及安装有大中型主机组泵站的技术管理，小型泵站的技术管理可参考使用。
注：我国小型泵站量大、面广，管理形式多种多样，地区差异也较大，难以统一技术管理要求，故小型泵站技术管理参照执行本文件。
