Scope

This document stipulates the technical and economic indicators and assessment standards of pump stations, as well as the requirements for technical management including equipment operation and management, equipment maintenance and repair management, building management, dispatch management, safety and environmental management, information management, and the configuration and management of management facilities and equipment.
This document is applicable to large and medium-sized pump stations used for irrigation, drainage, water diversion (intake), and urban water supply and drainage, as well as technical management of pump stations equipped with large and medium-sized main pump units. The technical management of small pump stations can be used for reference.
Note: There are a large number of small pump stations in China, with diverse management forms and significant regional differences, making it difficult to unify technical management requirements. Therefore, the technical management of small pump stations can refer to and implement this document.
