Scope

本文件定义了GB/T 35660.1中的数据元素在具有4个分区存储结构的RFID标签中的编码规则，主要针对符合ISO/IEC 1800063(ISO/IEC 180006类型C)的超高频RFID标签，但不仅限于这类技术的标签。对于从GB/T 35660.1中抽取的数据元素子集，其编码规则遵循ISO/IEC 15962要求，即采用以对象标识符结构来标识数据元素的编码方式。考虑到不同的隐私要求，本文件定义了唯一馆藏标识在特定存储区01，即MB 01内的编码规则，同时也定义了其他相关数据元素在另一独立存储区11，即MB 11 内的编码规则。各个存储区均可通过相应RFID技术的不同寻址指令来进行操作。本文件满足各种类型图书馆(如国家图书馆、学术图书馆、公共图书馆、企业图书馆、专业图书馆、学校图书馆等)应用RFID技术管理的需要。本文件提供了基于标准的有关RFID在图书馆应用的必要信息，关于实施中的相关附加信息见附录A。
