Scope

This document stipulates the energy consumption limit grades, technical requirements, and energy consumption statistical scope and calculation methods for the energy consumption of special cement products (hereinafter referred to as energy consumption). This document is applicable to the calculation and assessment of energy consumption in energy-using units of special cement production enterprises, as well as the control of energy consumption in new, renovated, and expanded projects.
