本文件描述了饲料中总抗坏血酸测定的高效液相色谱法和邻苯二胺荧光法。
本文件高效液相色谱法适用于配合饲料、浓缩饲料、添加剂预混合饲料中L-抗坏血酸、D-异抗坏血酸和总抗坏血酸的测定；邻苯二胺荧光法适用于配合饲料、浓缩饲料、添加剂预混合饲料中总抗坏血酸的测定。
本文件不适用以酯化抗坏血酸形式添加的各种饲料中总抗坏血酸的测定。
本文件高效液相色谱法L-抗坏血酸和D-异抗坏血酸的检出限均为5 mg/kg，定量限均为20 mg/kg；邻苯二胺荧光法的检出限为8 mg/kg，定量限为25 mg/kg。
