Scope

This document specifies the requirements and test methods for the durability of crutch foot pads. These requirements and test methods are based on the normal gait of the foot pads on dry and flat ground, but they are not applicable to foot pads manufactured for special purposes. The crutches described in this document include elbow crutches, forearm crutches, and armpit crutches as described in ISO 9999.
