Scope

This document describes the high-performance liquid chromatography method for determining vitamin D3 in feed.
In this document, the "First Method: Saponification Extraction" is suitable for determining vitamin D3 in compound feed, concentrated feed, and compound premixed feed, while the "Second Method: Direct Extraction" is suitable for determining vitamin D3 in vitamin premixed feed.
The quantification limit of the First Method in this document is 100 IU/kg, and the quantification limit of the Second Method is 2.00×105 IU/kg.
