Scope

This document specifies the normal operating conditions, appearance, and protection grade of the energy storage coordination controller (referred to as the "coordination controller") for electrochemical energy storage power stations, as well as requirements for data acquisition, communication, control, parameter setting, alarm, primary-secondary switching, time synchronization, display, data recording and storage, insulation performance, and electromagnetic compatibility. It also describes the corresponding test methods and stipulates the test environment, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage requirements. This document is applicable to the design, manufacture, testing, maintenance, and repair of energy storage coordination controllers for electrochemical energy storage power stations.
