T/CIPR 041-2022 Technical Specifications for the Use of a Heat Dissipation Electrical Appliance Control Box
T/CIPR 041-2022
Basic Information
Scope
Main technical content: By controlling the cooling of the mainframe and the display assembly, the Peltier sensor is automatically powered on. After the Peltier sensor is powered on, the temperature of the Peltier cold end insulation ceramic layer is reduced, and the temperature of the Peltier hot end insulation ceramic layer is increased. Through the Peltier cold end insulation ceramic layer, the heat-conducting pure copper column is cooled, so that the low temperature of the Peltier cold end insulation ceramic layer can be more easily released into the air. By using thermal grease to improve the heat conductivity between the heat-conducting pure copper shell and the Peltier hot end insulation ceramic layer, and then exchanging heat between the cold water inside the heat-dissipating water storage shell and the heat-conducting pure copper shell, the heat dissipation effect of the Peltier hot end insulation ceramic layer is ensured. By filtering the moisture in the air with an activated carbon moisture-absorbing filter, the dryness inside the electrical control cabinet can be guaranteed. When the activated carbon moisture-absorbing filter needs to be replaced, the removable sealing cover can be disassembled by removing the screws on the inside of the removable sealing cover, and then the activated carbon moisture-absorbing filter can be directly pulled out for replacement.
