Scope

This document specifies the test wiring, test instruments, test techniques, test data processing, and result determination for on-site testing of the grounding current in the transformer core. This document is applicable to on-site testing of the grounding current in the transformer core and clamping pieces of transformers with grounding lead-out wires. Reactors can be used for reference.
