Scope
This document specifies the basic requirements for the access of electrified railway traction stations to the power grid, traction power supply, traction power supply systems, design of access to the power grid, secondary electrical systems, and power quality assessment. This document is applicable to new and modified electrified railway traction stations that access the 110kV to 330kV power grid. Traction stations that have already been put into operation and access other voltage-level power grids can refer to this document for implementation.
