Scope

This part of GB/T 32660 specifies the technical requirements and inspection and calibration methods for the Weiser hardness tester (hereinafter referred to as the hardness tester) used in the Weiser hardness test according to GB/T 32660.1. This part is applicable to the direct inspection method for inspecting the basic functions of the hardness tester and the indirect inspection method for comprehensive inspection of the hardness tester. The indirect inspection method can be independently used for regular inspections of the hardness tester in use.
