This standard applies to the calibration of the metrological performance of infant incubators that operate using air temperature control methods.
This standard does not apply to open infant incubators that use radiant heat sources to keep infants warm, infant incubators that operate using infant skin temperature control methods, and transportable infant incubators used for transferring infants.
