Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, education, training and competence, information exchange and control, analysis and improvement, commitment and self-evaluation, application conditions, evaluation results, cultivation and promotion, evaluation organizations, and re-evaluation and supervision required for creditworthy metering demonstration units of power supply enterprises (hereinafter referred to as enterprises). This standard applies to enterprises with legal business qualifications and the following needs: a) establishing, implementing, maintaining, and improving a creditworthy metering system; b) complying with the declared metering policies and committed metering objectives; c) demonstrating compliance with the requirements of the code of conduct for creditworthy metering through the following methods, including: conducting self-evaluations and making commitments to promote the construction of corporate culture; seeking external evaluations of their creditworthy metering and obtaining recognition.
