This standard specifies the terms and definitions, principles, instrumentation, determination, result processing and presentation, identification and handling of abnormal samples, accuracy and precision, and requirements for test reports for the determination of ash content in wheat flour by near-infrared analysis methods.
This standard is applicable to the rapid determination of ash content in wheat flour.
