Scope

This standard specifies the method for determining lead (Pb), cadmium (Cd), chromium (Cr), and mercury (Hg) in livestock and poultry feces by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICPMS).
This standard is applicable to the determination of Pb, Cd, Cr, and Hg content in livestock and poultry feces samples.
The quantification limit of this method for Pb, Cd, Cr, and Hg is 0.1 mg/kg.
