Scope

1.0.1 These guidelines are formulated to standardize the testing and inspection of compacted concrete in hydropower and water conservancy projects. 1.0.2 These guidelines apply to compacted concrete projects in hydropower and water conservancy. 1.0.3 The main instruments and equipment involved in these guidelines should be regularly inspected or calibrated and used within their validity period. 1.0.4 Scales or weighing devices suitable for the weight of the materials to be weighed and the specified graduation values should be selected. The accuracy grade of the scales should not be lower than Level II, and the accuracy grade of the weighing devices should not be lower than Level III. 1.0.5 Unless otherwise specified, the temperature in the laboratory should be 20°C ± 5°C, and the relative humidity should not be less than 50%. The temperature of the test materials, samples, specimens, instruments, and equipment should be consistent with the temperature in the laboratory. 1.0.6 In addition to meeting the requirements of these guidelines, the testing of hydraulic compacted concrete should also comply with the provisions of the relevant national standards currently in force.
