1.0.1 This specification is formulated to standardize the methods and technical requirements for rock testing in hydropower and water conservancy projects, ensure the quality of testing, and enhance the consistency and comparability of testing results. 1.0.2 This specification is applicable to indoor and on-site rock testing of foundations, surrounding rocks, slope, and backfill materials in hydropower and water conservancy projects. 1.0.3 For rock testing in hydropower and water conservancy projects, in addition to complying with this specification, it shall also comply with the provisions of the relevant national standards currently in force.
