Scope
This procedure is applicable to the initial verification, subsequent verification, and in-use inspection of fully automatic and semi-automatic indicating measuring instruments with a resolution of no more than 0.05 μm and a measuring range of no more than 100 mm, as well as manual indicating measuring instruments with a graduation value (or resolution) of no more than 0.10 μm and a measuring range of no more than 50 mm.
