Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage for high-boiling point aromatic solvents produced from the fractionation of C9~C10+ heavy aromatic hydrocarbons by-products of oil refining and chemical plants, as well as their safety.
This standard is primarily applicable to high-boiling point aromatic solvents used as diluents for coatings and as raw materials for the production of pesticide emulsifiers and other chemical products.
