Scope

This document stipulates the requirements for production preparation work of new pumped storage power stations, including the establishment of organizational structures, the formulation of rules and regulations, personnel qualifications and training, preparation of production materials, agency and operation, preparation for grid connection, assessment and trial operation, handover, and preparation for commercial operation. This document applies to the production preparation work of new pumped storage power stations. The production preparation work of modified and expanded pumped storage power stations can be implemented with reference to this document.
