Scope
This standard stipulates the principles, basic requirements, service requirements, management requirements, supervision and inspection, and evaluation and improvement for the transfer of retired military cadres to government-funded resettlement services. This standard applies to the service management institutions for retired military cadres in managing the services of retired cadres from the People's Liberation Army of China and the People's Armed Police Force who have been transferred to government-funded resettlement services (hereinafter referred to as "retired military cadres"). The service management activities for retired non-commissioned officers shall be implemented in accordance with this standard.
