GB/T 35205.7-2021 Rough-terrain trucks—Safety requirements and verification—Part 7:Longitudinal load moment systems
Basic Information
Scope
This document specifies the design, safety requirements, and verification methods for the longitudinal load torque system that can be used on off-road forklifts (hereinafter referred to as "forklifts"). This document stipulates the requirements for the longitudinal load torque indicator (hereinafter referred to as "LLMI") and the longitudinal load torque controller (hereinafter referred to as "LLMC") used on off-road forklifts that perform loading or placement functions in a stable position on compacted, solid, and level ground, as defined in ISO 108961. This document does not apply to the following forklifts: -- Truck-mounted forklifts as defined in ISO 202971; -- Rotating telescopic boom forklifts as defined in ISO 108962. This document addresses the major hazards, dangerous states, or dangerous events related to the use of the longitudinal load torque system under the manufacturer's intended use and under foreseeable misuse conditions. This document does not include risks arising from lateral instability or instability caused by the operation of the forklift. The longitudinal load torque system does not have the function of warning of the risk of overturning during the operation of the forklift. This document does not apply to longitudinal load torque systems that have already been manufactured before the publication of this document.
