GB/T 38488-2021 Rapid determination of microorganisms
Basic Information
Scope
This document specifies methods for rapid detection of microorganisms in food and drinking water using molecular motors, near-infrared immunoassay, and target region sequencing. The first method—molecular motors—is suitable for rapid detection of Listeria monocytogenes, Vibrio parahemolyticus, Vibrio cholerae, Salmonella, Cronobacter sakazakii, Shigella, and Hepatitis A virus (HAV) in food and drinking water; the second method—near-infrared immunoassay—is suitable for rapid detection of Listeria monocytogenes, Vibrio parahemolyticus, Vibrio cholerae, Salmonella, Rotavirus, Norovirus, and HAV in food and drinking water; and the third method—target region sequencing—is suitable for rapid detection of Salmonella, Shigella, Staphylococcus aureus, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Yersinia enterocolitica, Campylobacter jejuni, Listeria monocytogenes, Enterohemorrhagic E. coli O157:H7, Vibrio vulnificus, and Vibrio alginolyticus in food and drinking water.
