GB/T 25000的本部分提供了软件产品易恢复性质量评价的评价方法、过程、测度和结果说明。本部分采用干扰注入方法和基于常见类别的操作故障和事件的干扰列表来评价承受力的质量测度。应用基于对每种干扰定义一组问题集，通过评估系统在没有人为干预的情况下检测、分析和解决干扰的程度，来评价自主恢复指数的质量测度。适用于软件产品（包括中间工作产品和最终产品）、支持单个或多个并发用户的交易系统的易恢复性质量评价。本部分旨在供负责软件产品质量评价的人员使用，并适用于产品的开发方、需方（用户）和独立评价方。
