Scope
This standard applies to the calibration of various types of display flicker/response time measurement instruments with a flicker measurement range of (-80 to 0) dB, a flicker frequency measurement range of (1 to 120) Hz, and a response time measurement range of (0.1 to 200) ms. The calibration of display flicker/response time measurement instruments with other measurement ranges can be carried out in accordance with this standard.
