Scope
This document specifies the working principle, detection system, calibration test, detection objects, detection preparation, detection implementation, and quality control requirements for non-destructive testing of the integrity of pre-stressed steel wires in pre-stressed steel-concrete pipes using long-range eddy current electromagnetic methods. It also describes the data analysis method and provides the basic content of the result report.
This document is applicable to the detection of pre-stressed steel-concrete pipes used in water conservancy, municipal, and other engineering projects.
